Starting at 10 p.m., all I-95 northbound traffic will be diverted to a single median lane near Exit 133 (Route 17) through early Wednesday, Oct. 7

FREDERICKSBURG, Va. Travelers on Interstate 95 northbound should anticipate major delays near Exit 133 (Route 17) in Stafford County tonight, Oct. 6, as bridge beam lifts will continue for the future Truslow Road overpass.

The Truslow Road overpass is being replaced as part of the I-95 Express Lanes Fredericksburg Extension project.

A single lane will close on I-95 northbound at 8 p.m. followed by double lane closures at 9 p.m. near the Exit 133 interchange.

Starting at 10 p.m., I-95 northbound traffic will be reduced to a single lane then diverted into a temporary lane in the median. Motorists will then be shifted back to the travel lanes before Exit 136 (Centreport Parkway).
