NOTE: This list covers full closures of interstates, ramps, bridges and primary roads, and lane closures at the bridge-tunnels and the Berkley, Coleman, High Rise and James River bridges.

Bridges and Tunnels:

Hampton Roads Bridge-Tunnel, I-64:

• Mobile, single-lane closure eastbound Oct. 12 from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.

Monitor-Merrimac Memorial Bridge-Tunnel:

• Alternating, mobile, single-lane closures northbound Oct. 10 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Berkley Bridge, I-264:

• Double-lane closures westbound Oct. 8-9 and Oct. 11 from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m.
• Single-lane closure westbound Oct. 12 from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m.

HRBT Expansion Project:

Elizabeth River Tunnels (Downtown/Midtown Tunnels):

• Go to Elizabeth River Tunnels for maintenance schedules on the Downtown Tunnel (I-264), Midtown Tunnel (U.S. 58) and MLK Expressway (Route 164).

I-64, Southside Widening, High Rise Bridge Expansion:

I-64, Hampton Roads Express Lanes:

Hampton:

• Long-term, continuous single-lane closure on I-64 in both directions, reducing travel lanes from three to two lanes between Settlers Landing Road/Woodland Road (exit 267) and LaSalle Avenue (exit 265), with I-64 west traffic shifted to the I-64 east lanes. View the full traffic alert here.

Norfolk, Reversible Roadway:

• Full closure in both directions:
• Oct. 10 from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
• Oct. 12 from 8 p.m. to 3 a.m.

I-264, Norfolk:

• Full closure of the on- and off-ramps to/from I-264 west and Military Highway north Oct. 8-9 from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m.

I-564, Norfolk:

• Full closure of the off-ramp from I-564 east to Granby Street Oct. 9-12 from 7 p.m. to 5:30 a.m.

I-664, Hampton:

• Full closure of the off-ramp from I-664 north to Powhatan Parkway Oct. 8 from 7-11 a.m.

Other Notable Closures:

• Double-lane closures on First Colonial Road north at the I-264 interchange Oct. 8 from as early as 6 a.m. for approximately one day.
• Consecutive closure of Donna Drive at the intersection with First Colonial Road north Oct. 9 from as early as 9 p.m. for approximately two days, and Oct. 12 from as early as 9 p.m. for approximately one day. View the full traffic alert here.
